At ManCave, we want you to be fully satisfied with your grooming essentials. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unopened items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your ManCave account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring they are securely padded to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
